Wagyu beef oxtail (Originally cut from an ox) is a fatty meat that is ideal for braises, soups, and stock. This culinary delight has a deep rich flavor and is tender when cooked low and slow. The tail is skinned and cut into sections, each of which has a section of tailbone with marrow in the middle and a chunk of meat around the outside.
