This was the recipe used for giving out samples at the 13th Annual Big Boy Toy Show! It's a simple, hands-off recipe that packs a punch for flavor and the meat just melts in your mouth. This recipe was actually given to us from one of our customers so thanks to them for sharing!
Ingredients
- (1/2 cup) Soy Sauce
- (1/3 cup) Olive oil
- (1/4 cup) Worcestershire sauce
- (1 Tsp.) Minced Garlic
- (2 Tbsp.) Dried Basil
- (1 Tbsp.) Dried Parsley
- (1 Tsp.) Black Pepper
- (1 1/2 lb.) Stew Meat
- (1 Cup) Beef Broth
Directions
Place all ingredients, except chislic and broth, in large ziplock baggie. Stir with a spoon to combine.
Drop chislic in and seal shut. Shake gently to coat. Place bag in refrigerator to marinate for at least 3 hrs or up to 24.
When done marinating, pour contents in baggie into Crockpot. Add beef broth to mixture. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
